Te Aratai College closed for learning and supervision Wednesday 29 March.

The PPTA (Post-Primary Teachers’ Association – the secondary teachers’ union) has called a one-day strike on Wednesday 29 March. As a consequence, Te Aratai College will be closed on this day.

As for the previous strike day:

• the school is closed for learning
• the school is unable to offer supervision for any students

Kindergarten and primary teachers are not striking on Wednesday.

I am sending this message before the end of the weekend to give whānau as much time as possible to make whatever arrangements are necessary.
