School Caretaker. Full-time, permanent. Applications close Thursday 15 October 9am.

Te Aratai College are looking for a full time,

permanent School Caretaker to join the team. Work can begin as soon as a clear police vet is returned to us. At present this can be up to 4 weeks.

We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, energetic, reliable and with an excellent work ethic. Someone who can remain calm and respectful in what can be a busy and often demanding environment. Must be committed to working with staff to provide a safe, well presented and functioning complex. Remuneration is $30 per hour.

The successful candidate will have;

● A full driver’s licence

● A clear police check

● Be competent on the computer as tasks are produced electronically.

● Have the ability to work with others in a collaborative and respectful manner and the ability to take instructions from the team leader.

● A skill set that covers unblocking amenities, to signing off BWOF
